May 2006 Second Laparoscopy with Out of State Specialist, Stage IV Endo, 8 cm Cyst on RIght Ovary, Removes Right Ovary and Fallopian Tube, Multiple Cysts on Left Ovary, Removes 25% of Left Ovary, My Surgeon refers to my Procedure as an Abdominal "Swan," Pleased with Results and Believes Surgery will Increase my Ability to Conceive, Birth Control for 3 months to allow Left Ovary to Heal, Painfree and Happy with Outcome of Surgery
August 2005 First Laparoscopy with RE#1, Discover Severe Endo and RE Recommends Lupron Injections for Pain Management, I decline
